Gran Galà of sport Castiglion Fiorentino
7 sports disciplines for as many champions that will be awarded on Monday 8 April at 9.00 pm at the Teatro Comunale Mario Spina during the "Gran Gala of Sport 2019 - City of Castiglion Fiorentino" This is the Viciani Prize, Meoni Prize, Bovolenta Award # 16, Martini Prize, Luzzi Prize, Beatrice Prize, D'Agata Award. The proceeds of the evening will be donated to the Confraternity of the Misericordia of Castiglion Fiorentino.

Processions
The night processions of Holy Week continue a centuries-old religious tradition of the Castilian population. Numerous confreres, belonging to three different Companies (Compagnia S. Antonio, dressed in white; Buona Morte, dressed in black and Compagnia del Gesù in blu) formed between the 16th and 17th centuries, parade with their capes and the buffa on face to the main streets of the city, behind the "crociferi", bringing life-size wooden simulacra, representing a moment of the Passion of Jesus. Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday of Holy Week.
